Daniel Rogers

Strategic Advisor

Daniel brings 25 years of experience in international development and global health, with a career built around one consistent challenge: helping organisations make the case for their work to the people who fund it.

He has managed programmes and led resource mobilisation across the Asia-Pacific region, and spent nine years in senior leadership at one of the world's leading HIV civil society organisations, overseeing donor relationships across a portfolio exceeding USD 250 million. He has worked directly with bilateral donors, multilateral agencies, and private foundations across more than 30 countries, and has a deep understanding of how funding decisions are actually made.

At SignalWork, Daniel advises on fundraising strategy engagements across global health, climate, and governance.

Recent clients include the Tony Blair Institute and Carbon Trust.

He holds an MSc in Development Studies from SOAS, University of London.
